Return Policy
Special care is taken in the packing of our products, but in the event that your purchase arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with returning the item, getting a replacement, or receiving a full refund, including all shipping costs.
Guarantee
All items purchased online from Bogati Urn Company may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt. To return an item simply contact us and we will give you instructions to make this as easy as possible. All returned items must be received in their original condition and sent by UPS ground in their original packing materials. You will be responsible for a 15% restocking charge and return shipping charges to our warehouse.
